Who we are
Credicasa has worked in the property sector since 2004. Over the years we learned that this business is not about putting up a sign, but about understanding what each person needs and staying with them until they achieve it. Credicasa Costa Azahar was created as a division devoted exclusively to one area: the coastline of the province of Castellón, with Torre la Sal as its centre of gravity.
Why this area
We were looking for a second home too. We started by looking at Andalusia and then the Valencian coast: Gandía, Cullera, Oliva. Torre la Sal was not on our list because we did not know it. An advertisement for apartments around Oropesa del Mar brought us here. We came without being convinced we would buy, we saw the beach, the apartment and its surroundings, and we changed our minds. We ended up buying there. That experience is what allows us to understand the doubt of someone arriving without knowing the destination.
Our commitment
We work with three very simple ideas: say what exists, say what it costs and do not promise what we cannot deliver. If a property has a legal particularity, we explain it. If we do not have a tourist licence, we say so. If an income estimate is not sustainable, we do not publish it.
